Portrait of the Conqueror is a very personal work,
though not a portrait in the traditional scene.
Comprised of nineteen solid glass elements, fourteen tears
hang from a board, one of which is a fish. The remaining elements
lay on the floor beneath - these are pool shaped and create
the impression that tears are falling from the wall, leaving
pools on the floor.

My work involves the use of symbols as sculpture.
The symbols represent time, change, circumstance and memory.
This is a deeply personal and powerful narrative and is a
combination of light, composition, symmetry and emotion.
